Most bots fail because they try to be five jobs.

Technique
- Write the job in one sentence.
- Give the bot one voice (tone + who it speaks as).
- Bias to act once the job is clear.
Checklist
- Write: “This bot does ____ for ____.”
- Name the voice (who it speaks as, and the tone).
- Cut anything that needs an “and” into a second bot.
- Bias to act once the job is clear — don’t wait for a mega-prompt.
